For all orders shipped within Ontario and Quebec the shipping cost is a 8.00$ flat fee. All orders 80.00$ and over ship for FREE.
- REST OF CANADA
For all orders shipping to Canada (British Colombia, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Northwest Territories, Yukon, Alberta, Manitoba, Nunavut, PEI, Saskatchewan, Newfoundland and Labrador) there is a 12.00$ flat fee and free shipping as of 80.00$
- USA
For all orders shipped to the USA the shipping cost is a 12.00$ flat fee. All orders 80.00$ and over ship for FREE.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
We want you to be happy with your purchase! You may return most new, unopened and unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We do not cover the return costs.
Received an incorrect or damaged item?
Don't send it back just yet. Email us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will do our best to correct the issue.
Need to return something?
We cannot accept returns of opened, worn or damaged products. Returned items which have been opened and worn will be disposed of and no credit will be issued. The same policy is applied to face masks.
All clearance items are final sales. Clearance items that are returned will be disposed of and no credit will be issued.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
